How much notice do I need to give when placing an order?
I require a 2 week notice. I will accept a shorter amount of time if I have the availability, however a rush fee will be applied to the order (and quoted to you when order is placed)
Do you deliver?
Not at the moment. Local order pickup ensures cookies stay fresh and intricate designs on cookies stay protected and intact
What type of payment do you accept? When do I pay for my order?
I accept Venmo, Cash, Apple Pay, PayPal, or card payments through Square (a credit card fee will be applied).
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at time of order to secure your order. Remaining balance is required by order pick up (this can be at pick up arrival if paying with cash).
Can I change my order last minute? How much notice do I need to give?
Two week's notice is required for any order changes.
If an order change is needed under the two week mark, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accommodate it, however I will do my best. If order changes are made under two weeks before pickup date, a rush fee will be applied to the order.
What if I need to cancel my order or change the date?
A week notice is required for cancellations and date changes.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable, however can be used as a credit towards your next order if a cancellation is needed.
Date changes are not a guarantee. I will do my best to accommodate a date change with my current schedule at the time. If a date change is needed, I recommend giving notice at least a month in advance, as I tend to book up a month to month a half in advance and may not be able to accommodate the new date needed. If I cannot accommodate the new date, your deposit can be used as a credit towards your next order.
Do decorated sugar cookies need to be refrigerated?
Do not place royal icing cookies in the fridge! It will ruin designs. I also wouldn't recommend leaving cookies out in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time either.
Cookies can be frozen in a sealed container in their individual heat sealed bags for up to 6 months if needed. To defrost cookies, take out of the freezer and let them defrost in the sealed container for about 8 hours.
How long will my cookies stay fresh for?
Royal icing cookies, once packaged in heat sealed bags, will keep their peak flavor for up to 2 weeks. I recommend freezing cookies in their heat sealed bags in a sealed container after 1 week though, to preserve freshness even better.
Do I need to refrigerate my cookie cake and how long will it stay fresh for?
For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend eating within 2 days.
If your cake has a custom buttercream icing design, you may keep it in the refrigerator up until 2 hours before your event.
